Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click on ‘The Shop’ section of the website, add the quantity of bags you wish to buy and click on ‘buy now’. You will then be asked for your details to complete the order.

If you have a voucher code, please type the code into the box on the initial ‘The Shop’ page and click ‘apply’ to activate the code, you may then enter the quantity of bags you wish to order.

We accept all major cards, which are processed through SagePay. If shopping from outside the United Kingdom please contact us prior to placing an order.

All payments are taken by Sage Pay. If you do not wish to pay online, please call us Mon – Fri between 9a.m – 5p.m and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

If you have any specific delivery instructions please complete the section after you have completed your payment.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us as soon as possible and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when your order is processed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery

All prices stated on our website INCLUDE delivery when ordering from the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom please contact us to confirm delivery costs.

Orders placed between 9a.m & 4.30p.m Monday – Friday will be processed same day. Orders placed over weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day. 

We endeavour to deliver orders within 4 working days.

We will deliver directly to the address specified in your order. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.

If any product you purchase is damaged or faulty when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund. You must inform us within two working days of any problems with your order.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

The product must be stored under cover in a cool dry place.

Tax Charges

Prices on our website include VAT at 20%.

Credit Card Security

All Credit Card Payments are taken on a secure server by SagePay.

Payment will be taken when items are ready for despatch, in the case that we are unable to fulfil the order, please accept our apologies, no payment will be taken from your card.

You will receive a confirmation from Suregrow along with a Credit Card Confirmation from SagePay to confirm receipt of your payment and this will act as your card receipt. VAT invoices are available on request
